Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days. We carry over 4,000 nutritional supplements and accessories from 100 or more manufacturers like Beverly International, Hammer Nutrition, Cytosport, Optimum Nutrition, Jay Robb and many more. We collect your shipping and billing data as necessary to fill your order and have it arrive to you correctly and quickly. Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and is not retained by Smartbody Nutrition. We do not participate in any marketing program where we buy or sell your personal data. We will not provide your data to any third party except as necessary to complete your order and/or in the event of a change of control of our company.
- Secure Shopping - Smartbody Nutrition collects your payment information via SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure all transactions are secure and confidential. All credit card payments are verified and processed by Authorize.net. Smartbody Nutrition will never sell or disclose your personal information to any outside party for any reason other than the purposes of verifying and collecting payment information.
- Your Personal Information - Smartbody Nutrition collects personal information such as your name, billing address, shipping address and credit card information solely for the purposes of verifying and collecting payment for products purchased from our web site. By creating an account with Smartbody Nutrition, some of this data; specifically your name, billing address and shipping address is retained using "cookies" for your convenience to allow a quicker check out process upon your return to Smartbody Nutrition. Shoppers who wish not to create an account with Smartbody Nutrition may proceed to Check Out to place an order without an account.
- Newsletters & Special Offers - Smartbody Nutrition does provide its visitors the opportunity to sign up for (or Opt-in) to periodic newsletters & special offers. By volunteering a valid email address to our newsletter program you agree to receive such periodic email notifications. If ever you decide not to receive these email notifications or if you receive these emails in error, you may unsubscribe to the program by clicking HERE.
- ORDER ONLINE by entering your order on our website. We provide an online shopping cart which allows you to select products while browsing our website. We also provide an online account, which you can use when placing future orders to expedite the ordering process. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with an order number verifying your purchase. All orders are protected for your privacy and credit card security. - ORDER BY PHONE by calling us at 260-489-3315, during normal business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm EDT, Monday through Friday). Please be advised that our customer service personnel may not be qualified to answer all technical questions you may have about the products we carry. We will be happy to refer you to the manufacturer of the product for any and all questions you may have regarding the use of, recommendations, content, benefits, side effects, etc. of the products we carry.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.
- Individuals under 18 may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you don't receive this, either your order did not submit correctly or you didn't enter your email address correctly. Please contact us if you don't receive an email order confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard. Only credit cards will be accepted for online orders. Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. Your shipping address may be different than your billing address. However, your billing address must MATCH the address on your credit card.
- We accept money orders and cashier's checks.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- Cancellations - If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact us during normal business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm EDT, Monday through Friday). We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy listed below). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all return policies listed apply.
- Returns - You may not return a product simply because you didn't like the flavor. If you would like to return a product, you must phone within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days of the shipment date. A valid RA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Products must be shipped back to Smartbody Nutrition at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer as we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for any difference in shipping costs incurred to process an order. This includes orders that qualified for free shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned products.
- Damaged Items - Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to Smartbody Nutrition within 5 days of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT, Monday through Friday) to notify us of any damaged items (please have your order number and the item description ready when you call). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s) and either send you a replacement order or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged.
- Important - Please be advised that certain items (such as bars) that are sent to warm weather climates or in the summertime can melt if left outside in the heat. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor's house, or not to deliver if no one is home. We take every precaution to make sure that all of our products are shipped in fresh condition. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.
- Errors - In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.). Please call us during our normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 EDT) for an RA number prior to returning any merchandise. A valid RA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. We will only refund and/or pay shipping charges if we made a mistake with your order.
