it seriously works. dont smoke a week prior, drink water (like a gallon, seriously) every day and then on the day of, eat light meals and keep chugging water. have a poweraide, then drink the stuff. then drink a whole container full of water. then pee a couple times before you go in (dont go in for at least an hour) and then go pee! it'll be clean. even if you used a TON for YEARS on end. seriOUS.
