In the world of protein beverage powders, the name Nectar signifies delicious fruit juice flavors. It means ZERO carbs and ZERO fat. It means instant mixability when mixed with water. Based on taste preference, mix 2-4 ounces of water or milk per serving of Nectar. One scoop, providing 23g of protein, 0g of fat and 0g of sugar, may be mixed with 8-16 ounces of water. For a warm beverage, microwave on high setting for 40 seconds. Consume the desired number of servings two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity, such as weight training, and prior to sleep. In the past I have used the Syntrax Nectar in the Carribean Cooler. This order I decided to go for something different. I purchased the Syntrax Nectar in the Cappuccino Flavor. I mix coffee, one scoop of the protein powder, and fill the rest up with almond milk and ice. This is my breakfast. It taste very close to Starbucks iced coffee.

This flavor as well as the Vanilla bean are my fovorites. It has taken me time to find protein shakes that I can tolerate and you truely have made me blessed to find your product. It's smooth, tasty, and completely friendly to my needs. Thank you.

I have tried SO many different protein drinks and this is the BEST one that I have found. I mix it with skim milk and add powdered milk to up the protein content and it is still delicious. No weird, gross whey taste, just tastes like cold coffee milk. Excellent!

I mixed this with my coffee with some splenda and milk. WOW!!! is all i have to say. For someone who has to intake a large amount of protein a day this product to get a jump start on the day!
