For a warm beverage, microwave on high setting for 40 seconds. Consume the desired number of servings two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. This protein shake is amazing. Shake it with some water and ice and it tastes like an iced coffee in the morning but with the added benefit of protein! Absolutely delicious. Some of the other Nectar flavors are good too. Try them!
