Smartbody
Nutrition's headquarters is located in Fishers, Indiana. We have multiple fulfillment centers
located strategically across the country so customers will receive their orders quicker. Our company was started
with one goal in mind, to provide nutritional supplements of leading
brands at the lowest possible prices – generally 30% to 40% off retail.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Normal delivery time is 2-5
business days. We carry over 2,000 nutritional supplements and accessories from 100 or more manufacturers like ABB, Beverly, Cytosport, Optimum Nutrition,

Smartbody
Nutrition is committed to protecting the privacy of each and every
one of its customers. We collect your shipping and billing data
as necessary to fill your order and have it arrive to you correctly
and quickly. Credit card information is used solely for the purpose
of processing your order and is not retained by Smartbody Nutrition.
We do not participate in any marketing program where we buy or
sell your personal data. We will not provide your data to any
third party except as necessary to complete your order and/or
in the event of a change of control of our company.

by entering your order on our website. We provide an online
shopping cart which allows you to select products while browsing
our website. We also provide an online account, which you can
use when placing future orders to expedite the ordering process.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with
an order number verifying your purchase. All orders are protected

during normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday
through Friday). Please be advised that our customer service
personnel may not be qualified to answer all technical questions
you may have about the products we carry. We will be happy to
refer you to the manufacturer of the product for any and all
questions you may have regarding the use of, recommendations,
content, benefits, side effects, etc. of the products we carry.

placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt.
If you don't receive this, either your order did not submit
correctly or you didn't enter your email address correctly.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Only credit cards will be accepted for online orders. Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. Your shipping address may be different than your billing address. However, your billing address must MATCH the address on your credit card.
