Each box contains:

For sustained energy consume one packet of Carb BOOM! Energy Gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise, washing it down with a few mouthfuls of water.
Water, water, water! Make sure to drink at least a cup of water with each gel to wash it down and help with hydration levels—it helps to time gel consumption with water stops/aid stations on the course. Try to make sure you’re taking in 16-30 ounces of fluids per hour to maintain adequate hydration level
