ABOUT US

Smartbody Nutrition is located in Fishers, Indiana. Our company was started with one goal in mind…to provide nutritional supplements of leading brands at the lowest possible prices. We generally price our products 30% to 40% off retail. Unlike other supplement retailers, we don't have a special day or week of the month for you to save using a Gold Card. You save with us everyday, all day long! All of our orders are shipped via UPS. Normal delivery is 3-5 business days. We carry hundreds of products by EAS, MET-Rx, Muscletech, Atkins, Optimum Nutrition, ABB, Next Proteins and many more. PRIVACY POLICY

Smartbody Nutrition is committed to protecting the privacy of each and every one of its customers. We collect your shipping and billing data as necessary to fill your order and have it arrive to you correctly and quickly. Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and is not retained by Smartbody Nutrition. We do not participate in any marketing program where we buy or sell your personal data. We will not provide your data to any third party except as necessary to complete your order and/or in the event of a change of control of our company.


SECURITY POLICY
  • Secure Shopping – Smartbody Nutrition collects your payment information via SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure all transactions are secure and confidential. All credit card payments are verified and processed by Authorize.net. Smartbody Nutrition will never sell or disclose your personal information to any outside party for any reason other than the purposes of verifying and collecting payment information.
  • Your Personal Information – Smartbody Nutrition collects personal information such as your name, billing address, shipping address and credit card information solely for the purposes of verifying and collecting payment for products purchased from our web site. By creating an “account” with Smartbody Nutrition, some of this data; specifically your name, billing address and shipping address is retained using “Cookies” for your convenience to allow a quicker check out process upon your return to Smartbody Nutrition. Shoppers who wish not to create an “account” with Smartbody Nutrition may proceed to Check Out to place an order without an account.
  • Newsletters & Special Offers - Smartbody Nutrition does provide its visitors the opportunity to sign up for (or Opt-in) to periodic newsletters & special offers. By volunteering a valid email address to our newsletter program you agree to receive such periodic email notifications. If ever you decide not to receive these email notifications or if you receive these emails in error, you may unsubscribe to the program by clicking HERE.

DISCOUNTS INFORMATION
  • Refer-a-Friend Program – If you’re satisfied with our prices, website and service, we hope that you’ll share Smartbody Nutrition with your friends, family, co-workers, etc. When you refer someone to Smartbody Nutrition, they'll receive an additional 5% off their first order!

  • Other Discounts – Periodically, we will offer free shipping and/or additional discounts of 5% to 10% off any purchase. These special discounts will be advertised locally or via our newsletter.

  • Discounts are not valid with any other special promotion codes and are non-transferable.

ORDERING INFORMATION
  • ORDER ONLINE by entering your order on our website. We provide an online shopping cart which allows you to select products while browsing our website. We also provide an online account, which you can use when placing future orders to expedite the ordering process. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with an order number verifying your purchase. All orders are protected for your privacy and credit card security. Please see our security and privacy policies for further information.
  • ORDER BY PHONE by calling us at 1-317-570-1577, during normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday). Please be advised that our customer service personnel may not be qualified to answer all technical questions you may have about the products we carry. We will be happy to refer you to the manufacturer of the product for any and all questions you may have regarding the use of, recommendations, content, benefits, side effects, etc. of the products we carry.
  • ORDER BY MAIL by sending us a cashier’s check or money order payable to Smartbody Nutrition, Inc.; P.O.  Box 6216; Fishers, IN 46038. Click here to print an order form. All money orders must be in U.S. funds.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.
  • If you are under 18, you may use SmartbodyNutrition.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you didn't receive this, either your order did not submit correctly or you didn't enter your email address correctly. If you don’t receive an email order confirmation, please contact us. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions to track your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard. Only credit cards will be accepted for online orders. Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that your credit card company has for that credit card account, the order may be delayed and/or canceled.
  • We accept money order and cashier’s checks.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • We only ship to destinations within the continental U.S. (the 48 contiguous states) that can be shipped via UPS. Smartbody Nutrition charges a flat shipping rate of $5.00 per order. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days from the day your order is shipped, (not from the day you order) to receive your order. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. For an estimated delivery time on packages to your area, please view the UPS Ground time in transit chart below.

  • Orders received after 3:30 EST will be processed on the next business day. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. We regularly stock most of the items we carry. On occasion, we may run out of an item, in which case we will mark the item as "out of stock" on our website. If any product is out of stock when your order is filled, we will attempt to notify you by phone or via email to obtain your instructions. You may request that your order be held until all products are available, ship available products, or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours, the out of stock item(s) will be removed off the order and the remainder of your order shipped.

  • All packages are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Other shipping options are available at an additional cost for customers living within the continental U.S. You pay shipping costs for these methods which are based on the weight and destination. Please contact us for available options and/or to obtain a shipping quote.

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

  • Lost Packages – If you do not receive your package, please contact us at 1-317-570-1577 during normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday). Smartbody Nutrition is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information you provide, so if an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) is given and your package is lost, Smartbody Nutrition is not responsible.

RETURNS INFORMATION
  • Cancellations – If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact us during normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday). We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy listed below). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all return policies listed apply.
  • ReturnsYou may not return a product simply because you didn’t like the flavor. If you would like to return a product, you must phone within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days of order date. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Products must be shipped back to Smartbody Nutrition at the customer’s expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds. All approved returns must be shipped to:

  • Damaged Items – Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to Smartbody Nutrition within 5 days of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday) to notify us of any damaged items (please have your order number and the item description ready when you call). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s) and either send you a replacement order or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged.
  • Important – Please be advised that certain items (such as bars) that are sent to warm weather climates or in the summertime can melt if left outside in the heat. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor's house, or not to deliver if no one is home. We take every precaution to make sure that all of our products are shipped in fresh condition. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.
  • Errors – In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.). Please call us during our normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 EST) for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. We will only refund and/or pay shipping charges if we made a mistake with your order.
